Doran A. Jason, Founder and Chairman of the Company, has been a leader in the commercial/ industrial real estate market in South Florida for over thirty-five years. His vision and perseverance, continues to make him one of the most innovative and progressive leaders in the industry.

During the past thirty five years, Doran Jason has developed commercial and residential properties with a value in excess of two hundred million dollars. A short list of those properties is the Doral Financial Plaza, Brickell Center, The Western Union Building, The Park at Doral, The Lincoln Road Project on Miami Beach, Country Club Corporate Center, Key Biscayne Ambassador Condominium, Flagship Bank and the Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters Building. He has been instrumental in the planning, design, renovation, construction and sale of over two hundred million square feet of office, industrial, residential and retail space.

Dwight C. Hewett, President and CEO of The Doran Jason Group of Florida, Inc. has been involved in the real estate business since 1984.  Mr. Hewett headed the international division of the Doran Jason Group and organized offices in Kiev, Ukraine in 1993.  There, he set up a full service real estate brokerage and development company.  During his tenure in Kiev, he developed residential and office space along with developing the largest fitness facility in the former Soviet Union, the 30,000 square foot, Kiev Sports Club.

Since his return to Miami, Mr. Hewett has worked closely with Mr. Jason in property development.  He is also working diligently with the Florida team to update systems and implement technology with an eye toward Company growth.
 

Luis A. Yau, serves as an Associate Advisor for The Doran Jason Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties in Florida. Luis is a current member of International Council of Shopping Centers, an association that specializes in the global trade association of the shopping center industry linking national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

Prior to joining The Doran Jason Group, Luis served as the project manager for WS Holdings Co. Inc. where he was responsible for the development and asset management of approximately $20 million in their Miami-based operations.

Luis earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is also past president of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers UMN Chapter, past treasurer for the Chinese American Student Association and past social chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers UMN Chapter. Luis speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka.
 

Scott Hardeman, serves as an advisor for The Doran Jason Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily, office and industrial properties throughout Florida. With more than 4 years of industry experience, Hardeman brings extensive real estate experience to the Gainesville-based team.
 

Lenny Eterno, serves as an advisor for The Doran Jason Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily, office and industrial properties throughout Florida. With more than 14 years of industry experience, Eterno brings extensive management, communications and sales experience to the Miami-based team.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Eterno served as a regional mortgage manager for Bank Atlantic in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While there, Eterno was responsible for business and relationship development with outside business sources in addition to developing mortgage services within the branches. Eterno has also been involved in the development community as president of Renaissance Development, LLC, taking an active lead on various projects from conception through development. Through this experience Eterno gained various coordinating and training skills including: plan reading and estimating, managing sub-contractors, developing marketing strategies, and establishing investor relationships. Before becoming active in the mortgage industry, Eterno served as a proprietary equity trader for Schonfeld Securities, trading NYSE and NASDAQ stocks while gaining a great deal of experience in researching and analyzing current financial investments and developing new strategies for continually changing markets.

Eterno earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida where he is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Development. Eterno also holds the Securities Series 7 and Series 55 licenses.
 

C. Wayne Wooldridge, serves as a Senior Advisor for The Doran Jason Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Dade County, Florida. In addition to his 26 years of active brokerage experience, Wooldridge also brings sales, management and training experience to the Florida based team.

Prior to joining The Doran Jason Group, Wayne served with a national brokerage company where he was based out of Aventura, Florida. While there, Wooldridge was recognized for obtaining the second highest sales level within the entire company in addition to being in the top 14 percent of all income earners. Previously, Wooldridge served as a sales manager in the Florida office of a New York based real estate firm. Given his sales and training knowledge, the firm had Wooldridge open a commercial division for the firm, developing, training and managing a sales team of more than 10 agents.

In addition to an impressive real estate career, Wooldridge clients benefit from his background in management and eight years of coaching football. He is an accredited CE educator with the local Board, Crown Financial Coach, and past president of the local chapter of Toastmasters. Wooldridge is actively involved in his church and has a strong desire to help and see others succeed enabling the next generations excel to even greater heights.

 

Scarlette Carballo, is involved in the development area of our company. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing and International Business at Florida International University. She brings enthusiasm, original concepts and analytic solutions to ensure the growth of the company.
